• Born Manchester.

• 1973-76. Studied Podiatry (then called Chiropody) at the Northern College of Chiropody, Salford. Received diploma in Chiropody.

• 1976-79. Post-qualification, lectured at the Northern College of Chiropody.

• 1979 relocated to Liverpool.

• 1979 - present. Private practice in Liverpool.

• 1979–84. Part-time NHS Podiatrist.

• 1981-85. Part-time podiatrist at ICI, Runcorn and Widnes.

• 1991-94. Podiatrist to Liverpool Football Club.

• 1990. Returned as part-time NHS Podiatrist,Liverpool.

• 1996–2017. Full-time NHS Podiatrist.

• 2010-17. Podiatry clinical lead /team leader NHS, Liverpool

• 2020. Part-time podiatrist at St Helens PCN
